Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case with a liberty to file a fresh Contempt Case in accordance with Rules. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs.
