Learned Special Government Pleader for Services - I, on written instructions, submits that the respondents appointed the petitioner as Office Subordinate and posted him to the office of the District Panchayat Raj, Engineer PIU, Kama Reddy District, vide orders of the Principal Secretary to Government, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (PR.II) Department, dated 28.11.2017, and consequential orders of the Superintending Engineer, PR Regional Office, Nizamabad, dated 29.11.2017. Copies of the said orders are placed on record.
