Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner circulated a letter dated 25.02.2020 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The same is placed on record.

From the perusal of the said letter, it is revealed that the learned counsel for the petitioner received instructions to withdraw the writ petition, on the ground that the matter is settled outside the Court and also the parties have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding-cumAgreement, dated 20.02.2020. 3.

For the reasons stated in the above letter, the counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
