On instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleaders make a statement that respondents 2 to 7 may be directed to consider and dispose of representations dated 05-05-2016 and 05-08-2016 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after hearing respondents 8 and 9 as well. The statement is placed on record.
