Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.

The petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.2 not to demolish the petitioner's house bearing No.3-1-71, Dewdi Lane, Peddaplly Mandal, Peddapally District, for the purpose of laying underground drainage system, without following due process of law.

Since the grievance of the petitioner being limited, there is no necessity for this Court to delve into the matter. Suffice to direct the respondent - authorities to follow due process of law, if the property of the petitioner is required for laying underground drainage system.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
