Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 25.8.2018 to the 2nd respondent, but no action has been taken on the said representation. 2.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is made, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed strictly in accordance with law. 3.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 2nd respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 25.8.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order.
