THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 5666 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition was filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings against petitioner/accused in C.C.No.224 of 2016 on the file of the Special III Metropolitan Magistrate, Errumanzil, Hyderabad for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused is present. The stage of the case before the trial Court is not known. He further submilted that the special Court has been abolished. The case is of the year 2O16 and no interim order was passed by this Court. In view of'the same, I do not hnd any reason to k'eep the petition pending. 3.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed giving libcrty to the petitioner/ accused to approach this Court if any cause in the petition survives..
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
