Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to have purchased agricultural lands to an extent of Ac.3-10 guntas in Sy.No.200, Ac.0-26 guntas in Sy.No.201, Ac.5-04 guntas in Sy.No.202 of Thimmapur Village, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District, by way of registered sale deed dated 28.12.2004 and she was also granted pattadar pass books and title deeds in her favour. As certain discrepancies are noticed in the extents claimed by the petitioner, she made an application in F-line through TSTS Limited to conduct survey. Alleging that there is no progress on the request made for conducting survey, this writ petition is filed. A copy of the receipt issued by the TSTS Limited is filed as Ex.P.1. 3.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar-2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for conducting of survey and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, and communicate the decision to the petitioner. If the 2nd respondent is in agreement to conduct survey, steps shall be taken for conducting survey. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
