It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the orders dated 04.04.2014, passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.12596 of 2014 in WP.No.10039 of 2014 are complied with by the respondent. In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt case is closed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the contempt case, shall stand closed.
