Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would fairly admit that the suit in O.S.No.461 of 2010 on the file of the XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, filed by the revision petitioner as the plaintiff was already decreed with costs on 18.01.2018. But, however, the learned counsel insists for proceeding with the present revision.

When once the main suit itself was disposed of, the present revision arising out of an order passed in an interlocutory application filed in the main suit, does not survive.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the revision, stand closed.
