HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA Tr.C.M.P.No.427 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present transfer petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed seeking to withdraw O.P.No.820 of 2016 from the file of learned IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, and transfer the same to the file of Judge, Family Court, Vizianagaram District.

2. Sri Chetluru Sreenivas, learned counsel for the respondent, would submit that the respondent - husband has withdrawn O.P.No.820 of 2016 pending on the file of learned IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

3. Sri G. Ravi Chandran, learned counsel for the petitioner, though, seeks time, but, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this transfer petition.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent, the present transfer petition is dismissed as infructuous.
