HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25691 OF 2018 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the action of the 1st respondent in not disposing the Revision Petition No.7818/2015, e-30532/2015, dated 19.09.2015, this Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare appearing for respondent No.1.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision Petition No.7818/2015, e-30532/2015, dated 19.09.2015 is pending before the 1st respondent for setting aside the orders of the 2nd respondent in SRA 2/2014/F2, dated 25.05.2015, without being disposed of. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, since the Revision Petition is stated to be pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the concerned parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
