S.A.No.194 of 2015 is filed by the appellant, under Section 100 of CPC, challenging the judgment and decree, dated 18.07.2014, passed in A.S.No.37 of 2012 by the XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

I.A.No.7 of 2019 is filed by the petitioners/ appellant Nos.2 to 5, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. 3 .

Heard. Perused the record.

A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the subject I.A.No.7 of 2019 reveals that the dispute between the parties was settled amicably outside the Court. Under these circumstances, I.A.No.7 of 2019 is allowed, according permission to the petitioners/ appellant Nos.2 to 5 to withdraw the appeal.

Consequently, S.A.No.194 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
