THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3176 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioners/A-1 and A-2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.71 of 2015 on the file of Varadaiahpalem Police Station, Chittoor District.

2. Heard and perused the material on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 427, 341, 323, 307 and 435 read with 149 I.P.C.

4. The truth or otherwise of the said allegations can be ascertained by the Investigating Agency during the course of investigation. The alleged offences are necessarily to be investigated into. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings against the petitioners in the above crime.
