This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in registering the complaints of the petitioner dated 08.11.2019 and 06.12.2019, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition by the petitioner, the complaints of the petitioner have been enquired into and notice, dated 02.01.2020, has been sent to the petitioner by registered post on 06.01.2020 informing the action taken on the basis of the complaints.

Having regard to the fact that a notice has been issued to the petitioner as to the action taken on the complaints, it is open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies by approaching the proper forum in accordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said notice. 5.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
