The case of the petitioner is that he joined as daily wage worker on 01-11-1988 and completed five years of service. As perG.O.Ms.No.212, dated 22-04-1994, the daily wage worker who completed five years of service as on 25-11-1993 and continuing is entitled to be regularized her services and also as per the judgment of District Collector/Chairman v.

T.Devenderpal Singh1. The petitioner made several requests to the respondents for regularization of services and she is being paid consolidated pay. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the 1st respondent issued memo in Rc.No.C2/908/2015, dated 02-05-2015, wherein the name of the petitioner is found at Sl.No.46 showing the eligible members of daily wage workers working in existing vacancies available previously based on the District Officers report available in the office of Commissioner, Tribal Welfare. But no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the proposals of the 1st respondent are pending before the District Tribal Welfare Officer, it is for the respondent-authorities to take further action in the matter.

In view of the same, the respondent-authorities are directed to take further action in pursuant to the memo in Rc.No.C2/908/2015, dated 02-05-2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
