Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

According to petitioner, her father was the owner of land to an extent of Ac.0-23 guntas in Sy.No.323/EE of Ananthasagar Village, Chegunta Mandal, Medak District. Petitioner claims to have succeeded to the said property. It is not stated as to why petitioner kept quiet even though her father expired on 20.07.2002, but made representation only on 29.10.2019 and alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

It is apparent from the material on record that no application for mutation was filed, but a representation was made which is not valid. According to the procedure evolved by the Government, any person who seeks mutation of her/his name in the revenue records, has to submit application in Form VI-A through online web portal and only on making such application, the request for mutation is processed. Apparently, petitioner has not made such application. Therefore, the direction sought by the petitioner cannot be granted.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to make application, in accordance with the procedure envisaged, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
