HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.M.S.A.No.37 of 2015 JUDGMENT :

At the request of both the counsel, the matter was referred to the High Court Mediation Centre. In pursuance thereof, the mediation proceedings were held at Vijayawada in the presence of both the parties and their counsel, wherein the mediators vide their proceedings dated 04.10.2015, fixed the enhanced tax without interest as on 02.10.2015 of Rs.1,393/-, which in total comes to Rs.20,400/- payable within two months from today.

2. Accordingly, in terms of the mediators report, the appeal is disposed of.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
