The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondent No 3 and 4 in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from his lawful possession in respect of the land admeasuring Ac. 3.00 in Sy. No. 165/2 situated at Nagella Mudupu village, Tarlupadu Mandal, Prakasam District, without following the procedure contemplated under the Law and without any notice, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities not to take any coercive steps without following the due process of Law and to rectify the online records by restoring the extent of Ac. 3.00 cents..."
On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court that on mere apprehension the writ petition is filed and as matter of fact, the 4th respondent is not interfering with the possession of the petitioner of subject matter of writ petition. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
