HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 738 OF 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 08.08.2007 passed by the VII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, in I.A. No.655 of 2007 in O.S. No.132 of 2007.

As seen from the record, the VII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, vide his letter dated 10.06.2016 informed that O.S.No.132 of 2007 was dismissed for default on 17.02.2011. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
