THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.VENKATESHWARA REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4996 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. No representation for the respondents.

As per the proceedings dated 21.10.2016, a request was made to list the CRP along with CRP.No.4987 of 2016. As per the records, CRP.No.4987 of 2016 was disposed of on 01.06.2017.

This CRP is filed assailing the orders in I.A.No.56 of 2016 in Election OP.No.1 of 2014 pending on the file of District Judge at Mahabubnagar. This application in I.A.No.56 of 2016 was filed under Order 14 Rule 2(2)(a) read with Section 151 C.P.C. to try and decide the issue of maintainability of OP as a preliminary issue. Aggrieved by thee dismissal of the said application, this CRP is filed. But as per the case status information, Election OP.No.1 of 2014 was disposed of on 20.07.2017 itself.

Therefore, as no cause survives, the CRP is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to the costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
