Radhakrishnan) This appeal arises from the challenge levied to a show cause notice. That notice led to further proceedings culminating in a decision. It is submitted that it has also been upheld and the matter has been remitted for re-consideration. With this, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal has become infructuous.
