Inasmuch as this writ petition is filed aggrieved by nonconsideration of the loan application of the petitioner dated 02-07-2018 made to the respondent-bank, suffice it direct the respondents to dispose of the said application made by the petitioner and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
