HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.7720 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl.Public Prosecutor for the respondent/ State and Perused the bail application averments, First Information and the dismissal order dt.10.07.2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Crl.M.P.No.1349 of 2018 and the material on record.

It is rightly concluded by the learned Sessions Judge in Crl.M.P.No.1349 of 2018, dt.10.07.2018 from the attack by the accused 11 in number armed with deadly weapons like rods and sticks not only wrongfully restrained but also rioted.

In view of the above, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail for any of the accused persons particularly of the petitioner/ A.4. In the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Needless to say if at all any others were granted regular bail, it is left open to the petitioner to surrender and move for regular bail to decide on own merits by taking into consideration of the fact of his academic career from the submission of the petitioner is a student of first year Engineering course. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
