For the aforementioned reasons, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the plea of the petitioner for release of the property notified in Hans India Daily dated 01.07.2018 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to consider the plea of the petitioner and pass such other or further orders as the Hon'ble Court feels deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case." 2.

Sri O.Manoher Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri G.Srinivasulu Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, having argued for some time, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
