THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE P.SREE SUDHA APPEAL SUIT No.129 of2OlO ORDER:

This Appeal Suit is filed by the appellant, aggrieved by the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.181 of 2OO4 dated 30.06.2009 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

Both the Counsel present.

On the last occasion i.e. on 28.08.2023, Learned counsel for the appellant sought time to get instructions from his client. Hence this matter is posted today as a last chance with a condition that otherwise the appeal suit will be dismissed. But even today he could not get ready with the matter. Hence no purpose would serve in continuing the appeal and the appeal is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
