THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37360 OF 2015 ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed for following relief:
"to call for the records from the 2nd respondent herein and issue order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, and direct the 2nd respondent to extend all retiremental benefits including additional monetary benefits w.e.f. 25.02.2015 with 18% interest in delay in payment of arrears of amount..."
02. When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing the present writ petition, the respondents have issued an order on 07.12.2015 subsequent to the retirement on attaining the age of superannuation. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to make necessary application and the same may be directed to be disposed of within the time frame.
03. Recording the said submissions, writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make necessary application for redressal of his grievance with regard to retirement benefits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and if any such application is filed, appropriate action be taken on such application, in accordance with law, within a period of two months thereafter. No costs.
