HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.3866 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 08-04-2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Punganur, whereby the learned Magistrate dismissed the application filed under Section 167 (2) of Cr.P.C., even though the petitioner was in imprisonment for more than 110 days.

The learned Public Prosecutor informed this Court that the chargesheet is already filed in this case. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can approach the regular Court for bail.
