THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.6834 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, declaring G.O.Rt.No.1333, Labour Employment Training and Factories (Lab II) Department, dated 10.7.2000 as without jurisdiction, arbitrary and illegal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition. Hence, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.
