Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition in view of the proceedings Rc.No.B2/Transfers/2016, dt.09.11.2016 of the District Educational Officer, Mahabubnagar relieving the petitioner from P.S.Thupakuloni Tanda, MP., Kodangal(now in Vikarabad District) to PS Polkangutta Tanda, MP. Keshampet, Mahabubnagar District (now in Ranga Reddy District).

Granting permission as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
