HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20664 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not regularizing the services of petitioner as Driver in respondentCorporation, as bad, arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of petitioner by continuing him in service.

On 25.09.2003, this Court granted interim direction to engage the services of petitioner subject to availability of work in preference to his juniors in the same category.

Now, advocate for writ petitioner submitted that petitioner was already regularized and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
