Bhosale) Petitioner, in the instant Habeas Corpus petition, seeks production of Shiva Reddy, alias Kiran, S/o. Johesh Reddy, alleging his illegal detention by the respondents.

Mr. C.S. Surya Prakash Rao, learned Special Government Pleader submits that Shiva Reddy has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 70 of 2015 by Yetapaka Police Station, and, presently he is in judicial custody.
