THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9613 of 2010 ORDER:

When the matter was called on 13.07.2016, there was no representation for petitioners, as such, this Court directed the writ petition to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, when the mater is called, nobody appears. This indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
