When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 that if the subject land is required for any public purpose and if the petitioner is not interested, the respondents will proceed strictly in accordance with law.

The said submission of the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to proceed strictly in accordance with law if the land of the petitioner is required for any public purpose. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
