THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 15067 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard Sri D. Prakash Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 6, learned counsel for the 7th respondent and the learned counsel for the 8th respondent.
2. This writ petition is filed challenging the notice No.D/3929/2014 dated 11.05.2015 whereunder the petitioner was directed to remove the encroachments across the Osman Sagar lake within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the notice.
3. It is admitted by both the learned counsel that as against the said notice, the petitioner is entitled to file objections.
4. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file objections to the notice dated 11.05.2015 within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the 5th respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of fifteen days thereafter. Till such time, no steps for demolition of structures in the encroached area shall be taken. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall
stand closed.
