The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that though he submitted an application on 24.01.2012 under Right to Information Act, 2005, for furnishing certified copies of the documents, no documents were furnished so far. 2.

In case of such grievance, the petitioner has an alternative remedy under the provisions of the Right to Information Act and the present Writ Petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
