Heard both sides.

In view of the Common Judgment dt.16.02.2015 in Crl.P.No.7289 of 2014 and batch, the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 6, 9 and 10 are directed to appear before the trial Court in D.V.C.No.17 of 2013 on the file of VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajahmundry and to vindicate their defence stand. In the light of the aforesaid judgment, the appearance of Petitioners/A.1 to 6, 9 and 10 before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
