Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: ".... to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ and quash the Award of the 1st respondent in Appln. No.37 of 2006, dated 04.02.2006 so as to enable the petitioners to agitate their rights for true and correct partition in terms of the amended provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 and grant such other relief ...."

At the hearing, Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail any other appropriate legal remedy.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. No order as to costs.
