ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondent in not releasing 60 bags of rice pending the proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.S.D.Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in pursuance of the interim direction granted by this Court on 04.03.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.5836 of 2009, the seized commodity was released subject to the petitioner furnishing third party immovable property security to the satisfaction of the authority concerned and that in view of the same, no further adjudication of the writ petition is necessary.

Having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 16th September, 2015 GHN
