THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.1535 of 2012

ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to direct the 4th respondent to make counter signature on the Service Certificate issued by the Chief Executive Officer, PACS, Jainad, to enable the petitioner to submit the same to the 2nd & 3rd respondents for making appointment to the post of Staff Assistant/Clerk as required under the notification dated 4.09.2011 issued by the 2nd Respondent by duly declaring the action of the 4th respondent in refusing to make counter signature on the Service Certificate without any reason as illegal, arbitrary, unjustified and nothing but depriving the petitioner from seeking employment in the 2nd respondent Bank.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner states that after the interim order is passed, an order is passed rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
