The present writ petition is filed questioning the proceedings issued by the first respondent in Rc.No.1966/E1/2013, dated 30.08.2013, directing closure of the petitioner school.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though the impugned order was passed by the first respondent, on 30.08.2013, directing the petitioner-school to be closed on the ground that the school is running with fake orders of recognition, subsequently the first respondent had granted recognition to the petitioner to run the school for classes 1 to 7 Telugu and English Medium for the years 2018-19 to 202223, viz., for a period of five years, vide his proceedings in RC.No.1038/a2/2018, dated 04.10.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education does not dispute the said fact.

A copy of the proceedings of the first respondent granting recognition for the petitioner-school for the period 2018-19 to 2022-23 along with a communication of the Mandal Educational Officer confirming that the petitioner-school has been granted permission and the same is being run at the place mentioned, are placed on record. 6.

Having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the proceedings issued by the first

respondent, on 04.10.2018, granting recognition to the petitioner to run the school for the period from 2018-19 to 2022-23, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is warranted in this writ petition. 7.
