Since the order impugned in this Revision is an order allowing an application for grant of temporary injunction pending the suit and since the said order is appealable under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) CPC, this Revision is not maintainable.

Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
