Complaining the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in completing investigation and filing charge sheet on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), placed before this Court the written instructions, dated 05.10.2017, wherein it has been asserted that after completion of the investigation, a final report was filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kollapur vide SR No.2353, dated 04.10.2017. Copy of the final report is made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the light of the above stated written instructions, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
