HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12100 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they made an application on 30.01.2017 in Form VI-A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 3rd respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-23 guntas in Sy.No.5, situated at Manimadde Village, Shaligouraram Mandal, Nalgonda District and the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
