This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.42 of 2015 of Kakatiya University Police Station, Warangal Urban, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 468, 471, 447 r/w 34 I.P.C and 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989).

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and before notice to respondent No.2/de facto complainant and before admission.

Perused the material on record.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the police filed charge sheet and cognizance was also taken by the learned Magistrate.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is closed with liberty to file criminal petition afresh challenging the final report and cognizance taken by the learned Magistrate.
