THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8664 of 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by petitioner/A2, seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Cr.No.103 of 2019 on the file of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

By order, dated 07.08.2019 in Crl.P.No.4420 of 2019, this Court dismissed the application of petitioner/A2 for anticipatory bail, on merits, directing her to surrender before the Court concerned within ten days from today and move an application for regular bail. However, without complying with the said direction, the petitioner filed the present criminal petition with self-same relief. Hence, the present criminal petition is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner/A2 is directed to surrender before the Court concerned on 17.01.2020 positively, and file an application for regular bail, failing which, the police concerned shall take coercive steps against her in accordance with law. 4.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
