THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35878 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.192 of 2016 and file charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner while doing her regular business on 26.01.2016, has taken out the sheep for regular feeding near Bongluru Village in open place close to the factory of the 3rd respondent, who is in the business of manufacturing of Namkeen products, wherein the 3rd respondent has dumped the raw material/waste material of the factory outside the factory negligently in the open place nearby the factory, whereby the sheep of the petitioner have eaten such material and some sheep have died in the night and some sheep are suffering with illness. The petitioner approached the 2nd respondent and gave a complaint about the same and the 2nd respondent registered the said complaint as Crime No.24 of 2016. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.24 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, and file charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J Date: 25th October, 2016.
