THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25687 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Sri V.Narasimha Goud, and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted an application, dated 06.06.2018, to the fifth respondent herein but no action has been taken so far, despite lapse of considerable length of time.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such application is pending consideration before the fifth respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the fifth respondent to verify the application, dated 06.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and pass appropriate orders as per law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
