This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the 4th respondent to register FIR and conduct investigation on the complaint dated 6.8.2016. 2.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that on the basis of the complaint dated 6.8.2016, a case was already registered. 3.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
