This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts of Act, 1971 alleging wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.2262 of 2008, dated 07.11.2014. 2.

Heard.

By way of the said order, this Court allowed the writ petition, directing the respondents to pay compensation amount of Rs.8,66,260/- in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4-00 cents situated in Sy.No.48 of Menakur Village, Naidupet Mandal, Nellore District. 4.

A counter affidavit, deposed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Naidupet, SPSR Nellore District is filed, stating that the compensation amount was paid to the petitioner on 31.10.2016 and in support of the same receipts are filed.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is dismissed and the respondents stand discharged. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date:06.01.2017 grk
